Typical Daily Schedule
- 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Theory / Didactics
- 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM: Practical yoga session
- 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch break
- 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Yoga Philosophy or Anatomy
- 3:45 PM – 5:30 PM: Theory, postures, and yoga ethics
