Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training – 200-Hour Certification (Yoga Alliance Approved)
The Training School for Future Vinyasa Yoga Teachers, founded in September 2016, invites you to embark on a transformative journey rich in discovery, emotion, and connection.
Combining the depth of traditional yoga with a modern, accessible approach, this comprehensive program allows you to earn a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga certification, recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

What is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and fluid practice in which each posture (asana) flows seamlessly into the next, guided by the rhythm of the breath.
This connection between movement and respiration creates a state of consciousness in motion, promoting balance, strength, and harmony between body and mind.
