Who am I?

.

Sarah, Yogi and Yoga Teacher.

Sarah, an experienced yoga teacher for more than 20 years and teacher trainer for 10 years, offers a holistic approach to well-being focused on the connection between body, mind, and soul.

Before dedicating myself fully to yoga, I worked for several years as an executive assistant in various international companies, including the European Commission. However, a major turning point came in my life following chronic pain and a deep awareness of the profound links between body and mind.

Over time, I explored different methods to improve my health and inner balance. I trained for several years in various therapeutic and energy-based massage techniques, including Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Sports Oil Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, and more. I practiced these disciplines for over eight years, both in specialized centers and at home. These trainings gave me a deep understanding of the human body, physical and emotional conditions, and helped me reconnect with my own body and its needs.

Encouraged by one of my teachers, I began teaching yoga in various studios. My path then led me to deepen my practice of Hatha Yoga with Sash & Huguette Declercq (300h) and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (200h) with renowned teachers across Europe, the United States, and India.

Alongside this, I have completed numerous advanced yoga trainings such as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and an international Yoga Alliance-certified Vinyasa Yoga training (200 YTT) in Ireland. I also completed a Martial Yoga training (200h) in Miami.

Always seeking to grow, I continue to deepen my personal practice and teaching through yoga retreats, teacher trainings, and courses in complementary fields such as shamanism, astrology, and tarot. These explorations nourish my holistic vision of yoga and allow me to share with my students a complete, rich, and mindful approach focused on the well-being of the body, mind, and soul.
